At our Elbow's Up rally at the US/Canadian border on July 5th, 75 people gathered to support our partnership wth our neighbor, Canada! Grand Marais Mayor Tracy Benson shared her special memories of Canadian adventures and urged us all to continue making memories with our friends in celebrations and friendship.
